RESERVATION PAYMENT
50%
or RM500.00 deposit is required at the time of confirm booking and the
balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to departure. Please bank- in or TT
to our company account and fax us the bank or TT slip for our reference.
Notes:
Hotel
reservation, tours, sightseeing, transportation– rates are included
booking fees, guests must agreed with the rates and conditions as NON
Refundable after confirmed booking.
PRICE/ RATES
All prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) ex LCCT/KLIA. Price is
subject to change without prior notices.
CHILD FARE
Kindly refer to our Child Rate policy.
HOTEL CHECK- IN/ CHECK- OUT TIME
Check-
in time for hotel is at 1500hrs and check- out time is at 1200 noon.
Late check- out may be granted at the hotel’s discretion. Any charges
incurred will be at passengers’ own.
REFUNDS
There would be
NO refunds for cancellation after the tour has commenced or for any
tour, transfer, accommodation, meals or any other services provided not
utilized.
No refund of
payment if the payment was made to a third party
LIABILITY
The
company shall be exempted from liability for loss, injury or damaged to
property or personal accidents, delays irregularities or the
occurrences beyond our control.
CANCELLATION
14 days to departure (50% of tour cost).
08 to 13 days to departure (70% of cost).
07 days or less to departure or after departure (100% of tour cost).
POSSIBLE CHANGE
It is possible is required at the time of Confirm Booking and the
balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to departure.
TT OR BANK- IN CASH
You can bank- in direct to our company account and fax us the bank- in
slip for reference.
